Terms of service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms govern use of Artist OS, the Steeze Records service that gives an independent artist a dedicated AI manager for releases and career operations. The service is operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name], trading as Steeze Records.

If you have signed a deal with Steeze Records, that deal prevails over these terms on commercial matters, including fees, revenue share and payment arrangements.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least [PLACEHOLDER: minimum age] and able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for the information and access you give us, for keeping your account secure and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to connect accounts or provide content.

Your music and content

You keep ownership of your music, masters, artwork, videos, metadata and other content. You grant Steeze Records a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out actions you approve.

Approvals are required

Nothing binding is sent, posted, submitted or spent without your approval of that exact action. The service may prepare a release, draft a message, propose a plan or provide analysis. It does not replace your decision.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, you allow us to use it within the access you authorise. You remain responsible for your relationship with that platform and for following its rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, distribute content you are not allowed to use, interfere with the service, bypass approval controls or attempt to access another artist's information.

AI output

AI-generated suggestions, summaries and drafts can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review them before relying on them. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.

Ending the service

Every artist deal has a 30-day exit. You keep your masters. The steps for ending access, disconnecting platforms and asking for deletion are explained in our data-deletion instructions.

Liability

[PLACEHOLDER: solicitor-reviewed liability limitation, exclusions and non-excludable rights]

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you a different right. We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We will show the new date here when we do.
