To request deletion of your Steeze Records account and data, email accounts@steezerecords.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address or phone number linked to your artist account so we can verify the request.
We will confirm receipt, check that the request is from the account holder and explain any information we must keep by law. Expected completion time: [PLACEHOLDER: deletion completion time].
What we delete
Once we verify your request, we delete or anonymise personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service. This includes your account profile and settings, stored service messages, encrypted provider tokens, non-essential stored copies of artist content and non-essential operational records.
We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, tax and accounting, preventing fraud or abuse, resolving disputes, or establishing and defending legal claims. [PLACEHOLDER: retention periods and legal retention categories]
Disconnecting platforms
Deleting a Steeze Records account does not necessarily remove access you granted directly inside a third-party platform. Disconnect each connection below as well. If you cannot find a control, email us and ask us to disconnect the Steeze side of the connection.
Google and YouTube
Remove Steeze Records from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This revokes the Google and YouTube permissions you granted through that account.
TikTok
Use TikTok's app settings to find the connected-app or permissions controls and remove Steeze Records. TikTok may change the name or location of this setting.
Use the connected-app or business-integration controls available in your Instagram or Meta account settings to remove Steeze Records. The location can vary by account type. If you need help, contact us.
Too Lost
Remove the Steeze Records connection through the permissions or connection controls available in your Too Lost account. If that option is not available, contact accounts@steezerecords.com and we will disconnect the Steeze side of the connection.
